Web Design Library: My One Vise I Use

Web Design Library

Well I have recently found a new website as I have begun really getting going in my dream career of being a designer. So I went on a search for finding a new website to go to for helpful tips, great tutorials, and even partake in discussion when I need more help further beyond. Not only do they offer that tips and tutorials but they also give links to web hosting sites, even sell their own templates for users to use (whether your designing yourself because you can't hire a designer). Well this is the great place to go! I use this myself and I love it. Thus the reason I am recommending that if your a designer yourself learning the trade and want to get some quick helpful hints (before taking the classes that is) then this is the place to go!

The Last Song (Book)

The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks
Paperback, 464 pages
Grand Central Publishing
First Publishing 2009 [March 2010] Second Publishing

Seventeen-year-old Veronica 'Ronnie' Miller's life was turned upside-down when her parents divorced and her father moved from New York City to Wilmington, North Carolina. Three years later, she remains angry and alienated from her parents, especially her father ...until her mother decides it would be in everyone's best interest if she spent the summer in Wilmington with him. Ronnie's father, a former concert pianist and teacher, is living a quiet life in the beach town, immersed in creating a work of art that will become the centerpiece of a local church. The tale that unfolds is an unforgettable story about love in its myriad forms - first love, the love between parents and children - that demonstrates, as only a Nicholas Sparks novel can, the many ways that deeply felt relationships can break our hearts ...and heal them.

The last song has to have been the best book that I have read all summer. It really does live up to the description. From the moment that I started reading this book I felt connected with the main character, Ronnie. Granted I may have not had the type of life that she had, but I can relate to how she felt. Not only did I instantly connect with the character but the entire story had me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen. Nicholas Sparks has always had a way to intrigue me with the connections to how love should be but also has a quote or two in most of his books that I relate with.

This has to be the best Usher album that I have listened to since I've listened to Usher. With it containing my favorite song "OMG ft. will.i.am" with the top 2 tie of "There Goes My Baby" and "Lil' Freak ft. Nikki Minaj" I would have to say that Usher has done it again! I am looking forward to more Usher because he just keeps getting better and better!!

Avenged Sevenfold has gone and done it again! With the album being newly released I have to say that there are good song so far on this album that has had me in curiosity since I knew that it was coming out. My favorite track on the album has to be "Nightmare" followed by "Buried Alive" only because I see were the lyrics are coming from. With much anticipation in hopes that this one would be better than the last two albums from the band I have to say that it is a 4 star album in my eyes.

From Paris With Love

From Paris With Love
Pierre Morel
John Travolta, Jonathan Rhys Meyers
92 minutes
****
With having watched this movie close to about 4 times I have to say that with everytime I watch it I start to wonder, what could have made this movie even better? Each time I can't seem to come up with the answer. So without going any further I have to say that this is quite the movie that I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes watching John Travolta.

John Travolta has starred in many movies, including Hairspray where he is playing a role of a lady. Many thought that Hairspray would ruin his career but I have to say that From Paris With Love would have to put Travolta at the top of my list for great supporting actor.

I would definitely recommend this movie!!!

The Vampire Diaries: The Struggle & The Awakening
L.J. Smith
$8.99 - BordersBarnes & Noble, and Amazon.com
Fantasy / Fiction / Vampires - Young Adult
492 p.

With The Vampire Diaries being released close to a year after Twilight I feel as if this author has taken the same concept of Twilight and just changed it plus didn't make it so similar to Twilight. Otherwise it was a good book and was another book that had me on the edge of my seat from the front to the back.

Twilight
Catherine Hardwicke
Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner
2 Hours
*****
This movie is based on the best-selling novel written by Stephenie Meyer. It was directed by Catherine Hardwicke. The actors and actresses that were choosen to play the parts played the characters really well. Catherine did a really good job with pulling this one off. The only thing could use some changing is the graphics. Some scenes were the way I pictured them as I was reading the book and some were just not how I imagined them. Overall it is a pretty good movie and those of you who have read the book will enjoy the movie. Those who have not read the book will be a bit confused as the movie doesn't cover all of the book. I suggest if you haven't read the book read it.
